We do not allow any loud music or noise during events,\u00a0 hence why i specified “We host intimate events “.<\/p>\n
We help with decor, catering,\u00a0 cakes etc – at a specific cost. kindly confirm all your needs during booking.<\/p>\n
All events must be finished by 21:00 . We also need to be mindful of other guests.<\/p>\n
We are a private residential property under Air bnb guidelines.\u00a0 Our property is located on a body corporate managed area. It is located in a diverse, older,established neighborhood,\u00a0 and with high security measures in place.<\/p>\n
A very quiet and peaceful neighborhood and we would like our guests to appreciate that.<\/p>\n
No visitors allowed during your stay with us.<\/p>\n
No fireworks allowed, matter the occasion.\u00a0 This is our community by law.<\/p>\n
Smoking is allowed outside only. No smoking inside the rooms.<\/p>\n
Any damages to the property,\u00a0 furniture or any broken glass or cup, or even cleaning to remove the cigarette smell -you will be 100% liable for all the costs.<\/p>\n
The once off cleaning fee is per stay not per day.<\/p>\n
Violation to any of the above stated rules will be reported to Air bnb and your stay will be canceled immediately with no refund.\u00a0 You will be removed from the property immediately.<\/p>\n
