Before making your booking, it is very important for Guests to read and understand our House Rules.

Kindly be mindful of our neighbors.

With the power outages affecting our County, please note that we do not have a backup generator during load shedding.  The load shedding times will be updated daily to ensure that we are all prepared for this time.

We are not a HUGE party venue,  however we are able to host more intimate gatherings like baby showers,  birthday parties,  business seminars etc, that can host guests of 30 Maximum. Kindly specify during your booking  for this to be arranged if you will be having any gathering.

We do not allow any loud music or noise during events,  hence why i specified “We host intimate events “.

We help with decor, catering,  cakes etc – at a specific cost. kindly confirm all your needs during booking.

All events must be finished by 21:00 . We also need to be mindful of other guests.

We are a private residential property under Air bnb guidelines.  Our property is located on a body corporate managed area. It is located in a diverse, older,established neighborhood,  and with high security measures in place.

A very quiet and peaceful neighborhood and we would like our guests to appreciate that.

No visitors allowed during your stay with us.

No fireworks allowed, matter the occasion.  This is our community by law.

Smoking is allowed outside only. No smoking inside the rooms.

Any damages to the property,  furniture or any broken glass or cup, or even cleaning to remove the cigarette smell -you will be 100% liable for all the costs.

The once off cleaning fee is per stay not per day.

Violation to any of the above stated rules will be reported to Air bnb and your stay will be canceled immediately with no refund.  You will be removed from the property immediately.
